Fitness Equipment with the Flex Belt® Fitness Exercise Simulation

I decided to test out the Flex Belt® the fitness exercise muscle simulation toning belt in the fitness equipment genre. The abdominal toning belt which offers to tone, firm and strengthen the stomach muscles while you carry on your standard daily schedule. The Flex Belt® works by stimulating the nerves that make the muscles contract and relax simulating a fitness exercise workout. I have used a muscle stimulation machine a few years back which worked well but with various restrictions; could not move far because it was attached into the mains, lots of messy wires plugged into the machine and the messing about with gel which needed to be applied to the pads every time. I am delighted to say the Flex Belt® fitness equipment has no hanging wires, it is portable, i do not have to add gel to the pad and it is very neat and tidy. I can move around as stated with the control discretely in my pocket. The control is also fantastic and easy to use with many different modes and simulation difficulties. {Read manual first). The Flex Belt® fitness equipment is a very useful piece of fitness equipment and a fantastic companion to any fitness exercise schedule. I have used the Flex Belt® for the last few days (30 minutes each time) and I can feel that the abdominal area has had a brilliant workout.

  1. The signals that are sent from the belt to the nerves in your abdominal area, contracts and expands the muscles located there. There are gel pals which are positioned inside the belt that send out these signals.
