The Best Fitness Equipment for your Fitness Exercise Routine is?

What fitness equipment do you need for your fitness exercise routine which will achieve your aims? This can be a difficult question if you don’t know what exercise equipment will achieve your aims! Moreover, if you don’t know what exercise equipment will achieve your aims then you will not have a very congruent fitness exercise routine either! We will use the term “fitness exercise” as a figure of speech to incorporate aerobic fitness equipment and the strength/muscular exercise equipment together. We will look at aerobic or cardio equipment as fitness equipment that is intended to give a high-intensity workout to burn calories fast and lose weight. Fitness equipment that will come under that category includes; a treadmill, an exercise bike or a rowing machine. The strength/muscular exercise equipment is intended for those who want to tone, increase mass, strength and build muscles. Exercise equipment that will come under that category includes; weight training equipment, dumbbells and barbells, weight benches, leg and abdominal equipment.

These weight training pieces of equipment come as individual sets to work on the specific part of the body which requires the strength/muscular fitness exercise. If you want the full strength and muscle building exercise equipment instead of the individual pieces then the multi gym is the best fitness exercise option for a total strength building workout. In an ideal world we would have the aerobic fitness equipment and the strength/muscular exercise equipment in our fitness exercise repertoire. Keep the heart and lungs healthy and keep the muscle’s from losing density over time (certain exercise bikes and certain Pilate’s machines are designed for both).

We are all obviously different and have different fitness exercise requirements depending on our body {shape|contour], likes and dislikes, pain threshold, and what we believe is right for us. The type of fitness equipment needed will also be slightly different depending on storage, budget, likes and dislikes etc. Fortunately there are masses of choice regarding fitness equipment and the fitness exercise customs available. Try not to follow the latest celebrity fad unless it ticks all the boxes and does what is required for you. You want the fitness equipment to be a long term companion and not a distant friend where you hang your clothes.

Compare the Fitness Equipment from reputable dealers before you purchase. Ask any questions you may have. Take advice from qualified instructors and legitimate web sites when planning your fitness exercise routine. Get to know the fitness equipment slowly and correctly for the maximum long-term benefits. Check with your GP if you are hesitant of your fitness exercise physical abilities. Farooq Hussain Shah is an Independent Fitness Equipment reviewer
