Fitness Equipment and some Fitness Exercise Contrary Views

How can individuals have such a wide ranging view about fitness equipment and the fitness exercise connotations? You meet people who seem to spend half their lives keeping fit in the form of a hobby, sports, recreation, fitness equipment or some other form of fitness exercise. You also meet people who shudder at the word “exercise machine” and will do almost anything to avoid using any form of fitness exercise related item. Then there are the majority in the middle who try to add some form of activity to their daily lives. The activity does not necessarily have to involve fitness equipment and exercise machines; it could just mean a brisk walk to the shop, station, or work.

The daily fitness exercise could be looking after the children, housework and general chores around the house. You may only find time at the weekends for a cycle or a game of golf. Considering all the different types of fitness equipment e.g. treadmill, cross trainer, exercise bike, multi gym and waterrower and the fitness exercise options e.g. yoga, Pilates, fitness/dance DVD’s Vibration exercise machines, ijoy machines, etc it is interesting to see how things can be viewed so contrary. Sports equipment e.g. tennis racket, badminton racket and squash racket can also be noted as fitness exercise. You do not have to use the traditional fitness equipment to become active and fit. Cycling is another good example of a great exercise machine. So, whether it is a recreational sport, hobby game or some serious fitness equipment it is difficult to see how one can see the fitness exercise so differently.

We all seem to be doing some form of active movement in our daily lives at different levels and intensities. A lot of people who like fitness equipment and spend a lot of time achieving some form of fitness exercise also profit from the physiological side of things. The inborn high secreted from the endorphins. Also the character building and social side of things are significant. The individuals who dislike fitness equipment and fitness exercise may have endured negative links to exercise in some shape or form, maybe at school. It may also be viewed at as vain and pointlessly competitive. How you think is how you feel is how you act! Maybe there is too much over-generalisation and black-and-white thinking. Whatever your stand there is a fun, healthy, social, recreational or spiritual fitness exercise in whatever your perceived Fitness Equipment is!
